Pre-Determination of Insurance Benefits

Following your assessment and diagnosis visit, the results of your study will be sent to your insurance company for a pre-determination of benefits under your insurance policy. Our pre-determinations team will be your advocate with your insurance company as we seek to gain approval for your treatment.  Additionally, we follow up by phone with them regarding the status of the request for approval. Approval typically takes 4-6 weeks. Once you begin treatment, we will file charges directly to your insurance. You only pay what is required by your plan, which is typically your co-pay, co-insurance and deductible.

We try to make this as simple for the patient as possible. Once your insurance approves the procedure, we can then proceed with treatment.
