Decatur Vein Clinic was a partial sponsor for a Spa Night event put on by the McMillen Center for Health Education, a Fort Wayne, Indiana non-profit organization.  The McMillen Center’s mission is to provide vital, effective, preventive health education that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.  They have many programs to teach children healthy living habits.
The Spa Night, which took place on November 11th, was the first time the McMillen Center has put on such an event.  Admission for the event was $5 and women could receive different “spa” treatments such as manicures and massages for just $ each.  All proceeds went to the McMillen Center. 
Many vendor booths were set up to hand out information or provide a “spa” service.  Staff from the Fort Wayne Decatur Vein Clinic, including Phlebologist Erin Shaw,  were on hand to answer questions about their services and venous insufficiency in general. 
Decatur Vein Clinic is happy to have been a part in this event to benefit such a worthy cause.
